In PROAD there are a number of events to which the user would want to react. Tasks are assigned, a holiday is requested, the server is shut down for mainte-nance, etc.
PROAD offers a special communication method for these events.
It can be found in the sidebar right under your logo.
Every area consists of a scrollable list. Entries in the list can usually be selected to open tasks or to answer messages, for example. The lists must be emptied by the user and deletion options have been installed for this purpose.
New entries are shown with a red bar until they have been seen by the user so as to make it easier to identify them. New entries are also shown right next to the symbols with a red box, along with the number of new entries. The boxes and the bars disappear as soon as the list has been looked at the first time.
With PROAD you can send messages to other users. You can do this directly in the messaging area by selecting a user and sending them a message or via the busi-ness cards. There is a button for employees/freelancers there that leads directly to the input dialogue for a new message. Business cards can be opened at the logic field via the label before it. These can usually be identified because they are under-lined. The message can be seen in the business card via the speech bubble symbol. However, this only appears in certain cases – the linked persons must be active and must be able to register in PROAD.

PROAD sends notifications when you have been assigned a new task or a task has been taken away from you. This is also the case with appointments, tickets and histories.
If you as a manager are listed in a holiday request, you will receive a notification about the holiday request and the applicant will receive a confirmation or a rejec-tion when the request has been successfully processed.
PROAD offers a reminder function for tasks and appointments. The reminder ap-pears here at the pre-selected time. If you click on the entry, you have the option of setting another reminder:
In the service area, administrators have the option of contacting all employees, when maintenance work is carried out, for example. These messages arrive here and cannot be answered.
